Tuna Melts
Preheat Oven to 375
In bowl mix Tuna, Mayo, Sour Cream, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Dill & Lemon Pepper together.
On a large cookie sheet that's been sprayed with non-stick spray, arrange bread slices in a single layer. I typically do 4 across the bottom and top. I cut the remaining 2 slices into half pieces and arrange in the middle.
Spread Tuna Mixture onto bread slices until you've used it all.
Place cheese slice on top of each bread slice. Any cheese works (you can also use shredded cheese) but our favorites are Swiss, Provolone or Colby Jack.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and just barely started to brown.
