Over medium high heat fry Hamburger (in chunks) and Onions until burger is done. Set aside.
In separate frying pan, cook Mushrooms in Butter and 1 tsp. Garlic until browned. Set aside.
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add Elbow or Rotini to water and cook until al dente (usually 10-15 minutes, follow time chart on package). Add Tortellini to water about 3 minutes before pulling Elbow/Rotini Noodles off heat. Tortellini cooks super fast even if it's still frozen. When Tortellini floats, remove pasta from heat and drain.
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl stir together Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, 1 tsp. Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Basil and Oregano.
Mix Burger, Pasta and Sauce Mixture all together in a 10x15 Baking Dish. Sprinkle top with cheese if using.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes (until thoroughly warmed through)
