Prepping Super Soft Dough Is What You Want Ready To Be Worked I Wish There Was A Scratch & Sniff Feature On The Computer Pretty & Yummy Bread Rolls Ready for the Oven Rolls Hot From the Oven

Bread

Mix Warm Water, Yeast & Sugar in large bowl. (I do mine in a stand mixer) Let sit for 5 minutes.

Add Melted Butter, Eggs and Salt. Mix Well.

Add Flour. I normally put 4 cups in, mix on 2 on my Stand Mixer then add the last two cups one at a time, mixing between. Your dough will be sticky, but that's okay. Cover with plastic wrap that's been sprayed with non-stick spray & a towel. Set in a warm place to rise.

It takes about an hour to double in size, but this recipe is very forgiving. If you're in a rush, you CAN use it after about 30 minutes.

When you're ready to work the dough, preheat oven to 400.

Take off plastic, generously dust with flour (you'll have to do it more than once - remember it's sticky). Spray your pans with non-stick spray. Make into loaves or rolls and place in pans.

Bake until golden brown. Your cooking time will vary greatly depending on whether you've done rolls or loaves and the sizes. Rolls can be done in as quick as 12 minutes, large loaves can take up to 40 minutes. Keep an eye on them. Also, the smell is a dead giveaway. (You'll see.) With loaves, if you knock on them and they sound hollow they're done. If they don't but have browned, place a loose piece of aluminum foil on top while they finish cooking.
