Ingredients Starting To Boil Rolling Boil Cooling On Wax Paper Enjoy!

No Bake Fudge Cookies

In a large saucepan stir together Sugar & Cocoa Powder. Add in Milk, Butter & Corn Syrup.

Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Once it comes to a hard boil, cook for 3 minutes stirring fairly often so it doesn't stick and scorch on the bottom of your pan.

Leave on the heat and stir in Peanut Butter until thoroughly mixed in. Stir in Oats & remove from heat.

Continue stirring for about 5 minutes or until batter is slightly thickened.

Drop by spoonfuls (I use a tablespoon) onto waxed paper to cool. Once they're cool enough to handle, you can enjoy these delicious fudgy cookies!

This recipe makes about 5 dozen cookies, but you can cut it in half if you want to.
