Sticky Rice With Fresh Mango

Sticky Rice

Bring Water to a rolling boil and add Rice. Cover and cook on low until tender (20-25 minutes).

Stir in Coconut Milk, Cinnamon, Butter & Sugar. Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Put desired amount of rice on plates or in bowls and put fruit on top. The recipe I based this off of called for fresh mangoes, but I have a kiddo that can't choke mango down so we adapted and used canned peaches on his. Both are great options.
