Pumpkin Bread

Preheat Oven to 350. Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick spray, set aside.

In large bowl, whisk Eggs to slightly beat them. Stir in Pumpkin Puree, Sugar, Vanilla & Vegetable Oil. Mix well.

Add in Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves & Flour. Mix well making sure to work any clumps out of the batter.

Divide evenly into prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle tops of loaves with Cinnamon Sugar. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaves comes out clean.
