Remoulade
Side note: there about a bazillion different versions of Remoulade out there so this may look very different from what you're used to. Give a try - we LOVE this version. Feel free to us use Creole rather than Cajun seaoning if you prefer.
Another really easy recipe. Mix all your ingredients in a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you're ready to use. You WILL want to refrigerate this prior to use - as it chills, the flavors blend together so beautifully.
