Cowboy Casserole

• 1 Medium Onion, diced
• 1 1/2 lb Hamburger
• 1 tsp. Garlic
• Ground Pepper to taste
• 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 4 T. Sour Cream
• 1/2 C. Milk
• 1 Can Corn, drained
• 1 Can Green Beans, drained
• 2 C. Cheddar Cheese
• 1 (30 oz) bag of Frozen Tater Tots

Defrost the Tater Tots on the counter for about an hour prior to preparing casserole.

Preheat oven to 350.

In frying pan, cook the Onion until translucent. Add Hamburger, Garlic & Pepper. Cook over medium heat until hamburger is no longer pink. Drain & set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk Cream of Mushroom, Sour Cream and Milk until smooth. Add to Hamburger mixture. Add Corn, Green Beans and half of the Cheese to the Hamburger mixture.

Place half of the Tater Tots into a greased 9x13 Baking Dish. Layer Hamburger Mixture on top of Tots. Layer rest of Cheese on top and then top the Cheese with the rest of the Tater Tots.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until casserole is browned and bubbly.
