Preheat oven to 375.
Rinse & pat dry Salmon Fillets. Set on foil lined baking sheet. (Make sure to use plenty of foil)
In a bowl mix together Mustard, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Lemon Pepper, Black Pepper, Parsley, Dill, Paprika & Lemon Juice until well combined. Spread liberally on top of salmon.
Bring edges of Foil together and fold over making a tight packet against salmon. Repeat with edges so salmon will steam inside the foil pack as it bakes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, turn broiler on high and carefully open foil packets. Cook under broiler for an additional 5 minutes.
A great alternative way to cook this is on the grill! Do everything the same except place on your pre-heated BBQ/Smoker grill for about 10 minutes.
