Broccoli Bacon Salad

• 1-2 Heads of Fresh Broccoli (Florets only)
• 1 lb Cooked & Crumbled Bacon
• 1/2 C. Sliced Red Onion
• 1 C. Raisins
• 3 T. White Vinegar
• 1/2 C. Sugar
• 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
• 1/4 C. Sunflower Seeds, Optional

Wash,stem and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. In large bowl mix Broccoli Florets, Bacon, Onion & Raisins together.

In a separate small bowl, whisk Vinegar, Sugar & Mayonnaise until smooth. Drizzle over Broccoli mixture and toss until even coated.

If using Sunflower Seeds, sprinkle over top. Cover loosely & refrigerate.
