Brown Butter Frosting
Place Powdered Sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook until the butter foams, the foam dissipates, and it turns a deep golden brown with a nutty aroma (about 10 minutes). Watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
Carefully pour the brown butter over the powdered sugar. Add Milk & Vanilla, then whisk until smooth. You can also use an electric mixer if you'd rather. Consistency can be adjusted by adding a little more powdered sugar or milk as needed.
