Place Ground Beef in large bowl. Add Worchester Sauce, Black Pepper, Parsley, Basil, Seasoning Salt, Garlic, Onion Powder, Tomato Sauce, Eggs, Mustard & Ketchup. Mix well. I typically have to use my hands to get a good mix but it is messy. If a large spoon works for you, go for it.
Add in Crackers & Bread Crumbs. Mix well. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375.
In 15x10 dish, lay out bacon making a solid, overlapping layer over entire bottom on pan. Take 2/3 of your meatloaf mixture and carefully form into a loaf over the bacon (NOT all the way to the edges - you've got to leave room to be able to pull bacon up and over meat loaf). Make a pretty deep valley in the center of your meatloaf. Fill that valley with your Cheese, Spinach & Mushrooms.
Take remaining 1/3 of the meatloaf mixture and put it on top of your stuffing, making sure to seal the edges so cheese doesn't ooze out as it melts. Pull Bacon up the sides and over the top of the meat loaf, covering it like a bacon blanket...a beautiful bacon blanket.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Carefully remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to make sure bacon is crisp. (Drain excess grease before serving.)
This recipe can easily be cut in half.
