Cocoa

• 1/2 C. Cocoa Powder
• 1 T. Sugar
• 1 T. Grated Milk Chocolate
• 2 C. Milk
• 1/2 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 Can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract

In a small bowl whisk together Cocoa Powder, Sugar & Grated Chocolate making sure to break up any lumps from the Cocoa Powder. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat bring Milk & Whipping Cream to a simmer. Stir frequently so it doesn't scald.

Carefully whisk dry ingredients into milk mixture (leave on the heat). Mix well. Reduce heat to medium.

Stir in Sweetened Condensed Milk & Vanilla until completely combined. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and serve. Top with marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, etc.
