S'mores Pizza

• 1 C. Butter
• 1/2 C. Sugar
• 1/2 C. Packed Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 3/4 C. Flour
• 1 C. Small Marshmallows
• 1 C. Chocolate Chips
• 1 C. Crushed Graham Crackers

Preheat Oven to 375.

Beat Butter with mixer on medium until softened. Add Sugar & Brown Sugar and beat until fluffy. Add Egg & Vanilla, beat well. With mixer on low, gradually add in flour (dough will get really thick).

Spread dough evenly on ungreased 14-inch pizza pan (you can use a cookie sheet if you don't have a pizza pan).

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with Marshmallows, Chocolate Chips and Graham Crackers. Return to oven for an additional 6-8 minutes (until marshmallows are golden and toasted). Cut & serve as you would any other pizza.
