Italian Meatballs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Take a small amount of mixture and form into a ball in the palm of your hand. Meatballs should be about the size of a golf ball. You can also use an ice cream scoop to make your meatballs if you prefer.
Place meatballs in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Just make sure they're not touching so they get browned on all sides. Bake for about 20 minutes. If you prefer a firmer meatball, turn the oven to broil for 3-4 minutes to achieve the level of crunch you want.
