Sausage Gravy
Cook Sausage & Hamburger together in a large frying pan until done.
Immediately sprinkle with Flour. Stir four into meat mixture, coating well. Cook, continuing to stir for about 3 minutes (until flour starts to brown).
Slowly stir in 4 Cups Milk. Cook over medium heat, whisking frequently until mixture is hot, bubbling and gravy forms. As gravy cools it will thicken so you'll want your gravy to be a little on the runny side. Add additional milk if needed.
Add a little Black Pepper - if you want additional spices, by all means, add them. Sausage is hard because sometimes it's really spicy and sometimes it's bland. Taste and add accordingly. Serve over biscuits or hash browns.
