Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl cream together softened Butter, Brown Sugar & Sugar. Beat until light & fluffy (about 2 minutes)
Add in Eggs, beat well. Add Little Bulldog's Pure Vanilla Extract & Caramel Extract.
Gradually add Flour, Baking Soda & Salt into batter. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in White Chocolate Chips until evenly distributed. (For a really yummy variation, do half White Chocolate Chips & half Plain M&Ms)
Carefully fold in your favorite Crispy Rice Cereal.
Scoop by Tablespoons onto the Baking Sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. When cookies come out of oven, let cool on baking sheets for 4-5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
