Guacamole
Peel and core Avocados. In a bowl, mash with a fork until starting to turn smooth. Leave some small chunks for texture.
Add Tomatoes, Cilantro, Salt and Lime Juice. Fold in well.
Add in Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder/Onions, Jalapenos, Chili Powder & Red Pepper Flakes. Peppers can be adjusted to your individual taste for heat. Start with this amount and add more if you want it hotter after you've tried it.
Cover and refrigerate before serving. (IF you can keep your husband out of it long enough to refrigerate...)
