When you're ready to use, mix a couple of heaping tablespoons with boiling water and serve.
One of the great things about this very simple, very basic recipe is that you can modify it in so many different ways. Try flavored creamer instead of plain. Mix in seasons. My favorite is to mix 2 tsp. of Cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper to make Mexican Hot Chocolate. The possibilities are endless!
