Coconut Dream Cookies

• 2 Sticks Butter, Softened
• 1 C. Sugar
• 1/2 C. Packed Brown Sugar
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
• 2 Eggs
• 3 C. Flour
• 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 C. Coconut
• 1 pkg White Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350

With electric mixer (or in stand mixer) cream Butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar together until smooth & creamy. Add in Vanilla, Almond & Eggs. Beat well.

Slowly add in Flour, Baking Powder, Soda and Salt. Mix until well incorporated.

Stir in Coconut and Chocolate Chips.

Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookies sheets. Bake 12 minutes.

After removing from oven, let sit on cookie sheet a couple of minutes before removing (they set up better). Move to cooling rack to cool.
