Beef Pasta Stew
In a large skillet, brown burger until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
Place Celery, Onion, Carrot, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, Bay Leaves & 1 tsp Garlic in large pot. Cook over medium-high heat stirring frequently (but gently so you don't break the bay leaves) until veggies start to brown & wilt slightly.
Stir in Tomatoes, Beef Broth, Salt & Pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp Garlic, Basil and Cooked Ground Beef. Simmer on medium for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add in Acini de Pepe and simmer another 10-15 minutes until pasta softens up and expands.
