Caramel
Butter oblong pan and set aside (I use a 15x10 glass dish).
Combine Corn Syrup, Brown Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk & Butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once butter is melted cook, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. (That will give you a luscious, soft caramel. If you want it a little harder texture cook for 17 minutes, but no longer.)
Pour into pan and let cool. These are amazing caramels on their own, but after you pour into pan you can sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips, coconut...anything you want to add to them on top.
