French Onion Crockpot Roast

• 3 Large Onions, Juliened in large slices
• 2 lbs Crimini Mushrooms, chopped
• 1 Packet (dry) AuJus Mix
• 4 lb Roast (any cut, just make sure it has some fat on it)
• 2 tsp. Garlic
• Course Ground Pepper
• 1 Stick Sliced Butter

In large crockpot layer Onions & Mushrooms. Sprinkle AuJus packet over the top.

Set Roast on top of Mushrooms. Sprinkle roast with Garlic & Pepper.

Place slices of butter on top of seasoned roast. Cover and cook on low all day. (At least 8 hours)
