I have no idea where this recipe's origins come from, but it's one that has been a part of my family heritage for as long as I can remember. These delicious cookies blend together oats & coconut in a way that's nearly criminal. These are my favorite cookies to dunk (in milk, coffee, cocoa...anything dunkable).
